In this short Vid I bring you to a cute rectangular plot of land between the major road and the sidewalk. Here lies BIODIVERSITY!!! Itโ€™s somewhat astonishing because the majority of the plants may be non-native: however they arenโ€™t invasive. Look at them โ€˜co-existingโ€™. ADORABLE!

So we got a variety of colours and shapes of flowers here. I used to think that the different shapes and colours of Wild Plants in Wild Areas had a favourable effect on the Human Psyche. I presumed that they reminded peoplesโ€™ OUTER MIND of their own INNER DISTINCTION.

Thx for joining me this Morning! Welcome to my Small Apartment.

Exercising every morning after you wake up is a good idea!! (Dec 5th ’19 Edit: Umm…I dunno. I’m waking up every morning now and all I can think about is making my Coffee, making my 2 bowls of Oatmeal. I do some Pranayama and Kundalini Yoga between the bowls of Oatmeal. For about 30 minutes or less each time. Or I just energize my ETHERIC BODY more and go back to bed for a timed 30 mins. When I made this video in early 2019, it was suitable for me to exercise somewhat intensely in the morning, but now it’s not. You should find what’s suitable for you, however EVERYONE should exercise 6 days a week for a effective amount of time at an effective intensity (especially if they are obese).

I donโ€™t understand why more men donโ€™t look after themselves. Itโ€™s worth it. The External World will reciprocate with more Beauty for you! Beauty might be the only thing that defeats psychological disorders! Iโ€™m reminded of this awfully overweight man I saw near Shoppers Drug Mart. At least he was riding a bicycle, however his gut was REALLY sagging down! Too much beer, junk food and Internal Harmful Untrue Beliefs (I-HUBs) that maintain that pitiful lifestyle.

The Throat Exercise is important because a lot of people have gross Throat Areas.
