So I went to Brimley Woods in North Scarborough recently. It’s the most beautiful Woodland I’ve been to. Beats Malvern Woods, Murison Woods, and Deekshill Park by a landslide. I touch upon how North Scarborough has been invaded by East Asians. It’s almost uniformly East Asian.
I didn’t see any Garlic Mustard inside the Woods at all! I saw some around the entrance.

Hey B*TCHES!!! 🙌🏻
Wat’s up?! Thx for joinin’ me!!!
So here I am at the Malvern Branch of the Eastern Highland Creek. This place is along Milner Ave. For the bros who live in Malvern you’ve probably been here!
So this place is problematic. It’s infested with Dog-Strangling Vine AKA Black Swallow-Wort. At the Front of the ‘park’ if I may call it that, the infestation has become so bad that there are almost NONE Spring Ephemerals. There was ONE Mayflower leaf. Pathetic. Absolutely pathetic.
I wish that when the Authorities get wind of this, that they don’t simply go in here roughshod with some type of chemical spray and spray the SH*T out of the place. If I had my way, I’d rather they get people to pull out the DSV. This would ensure that the Poison Ivy in that place remains, as well as any other Native Plant like the Trout Lily and the Wild Strawberry (plus the Tributary is right close by, and any chemical would pollute it).

Murison Woods South is the other part of Murison Woods in Scarborough (Scarboro, ‘Scarberia’, ‘The Scarbs’ Hahaha! 🤣) that is south of Milner Ave (Milner Ave. bisects The Woods). Last time I was here (3 years ago), it was overrun by DSV (Dog Strangling Vine). I noticed large swaths of empty ground without Spring Ephemerals, which could indicate DSV infestation. Sorry – the end is kinda choppy, but I didn’t have time to fully edit it cleanly…
Skunk Cabbage (at the back towards the highway)
Mayapple (nice clump near Milner Ave on the other side of the hill)
Trilliums (in plain view)
Wild Yam (will come up in the Summer)
Goldenrod (will come up in the Summer)

**Word Of The Day: ‘swath’***
Ok. So I went to Murison Woods (MuW) N of Milner Ave recently. It was pretty good. I saw some ‘teepee’ that suppos-ed Survivalists made. Impressive biodiversity w MuW compared to Malvern Woods (MaW). I’ll discover where the microphone is on my iPad so I don’t inadvertently cover it while filming. LOL.
List Of Plants Here:
Wild Columbine (one)
Wild Sarsparilla (definitely)
Poison Ivy (Great Food Source for Animals and Birds)
Baneberry (maybe confused it with Wild Sarsparilla earlier)

There’s this park near me called Deekshill Park. I could see it from the Main Road, and I went to it for the First Time – and brought you with me!
Please ‘suscribe’! 😏
