OK, so in this Vid I am demonstrating doing some HATHA and KUNDALINI yoga!!

I began practicing both around 2002 and have been practicing both branches of yoga since!  So it’s been 17 years.

Hatha is not as active as KUNDALINI. I believe Hatha has more to do with maintaining and improving the NADIS (Subtle-Energy channels and especially nodes), and also physically maintaining and improving joint function.  I really want to teach KUNDALINI YOGA to this overweight lady who lives down the hall, however I might not like to because we’re different genders and her over-social pathology might impeded success.

The Human Energy Field (HEF) has 7 Levels (HEF-Ls).  The odd numbered levels are like grids: they are linear.  The even numbered levels are like clouds.  I believe that these ‘nadis’ are actually connected to the odd numbered levels:  The Etheric Body (EB), the Rational Body (RatlB), the Etheric Template Body (ETB) and the Ketheric Template Body (KTB). 

The 1st CHAKRA may be about your Subconscious (Inner) Potential for Survival. It’s about Unconscious Surviving – doing things Inadvertently to maintain your Survival.

The CHAKRAS are all about your unconscious (inadvertent) behaviour.  I prefer to call the chakras ‘Inner Potentialities’ (IPs(.  That’s my term.

I dub them this because focusing on them may augment your ability to fulfill the CHAKRA Function – Displaying your Distinct: Survivability (IP1), Sensuality(IP2A), Sense of Self (IP3A), Gifts (IP4A), Inventions (IP5A), Ideas (IP6A), and Beliefs (IP7).

CHAKRA 2A is abut your Distinct Sensuality.

Pranayama may augment Brain Function and focusing on the CHAKRA CORDS may improve your relationships. I’m real about Alternate Nostril Breathing and don’t force myself to breathe through both nostrils when it’s almost impossible – so I just breathe in and out through the open one and keep the clogged one blocked.

The First 3 HEF-Ls in distance from your Physical Body are your Etheric, Emotional, and Rational Bodies. They may be precursors to your conscious Physical Sensations, Feelings, and Thoughts.

4A CHAKRA may be the origin of your subconscious (Inner) ability to Give & Receive in all types of Interactions (with people, animals, plants, objects, spirits, deities).

Time: Probably Early Morning

So I’ve been working with CHAKRA CORDS (CCs) in my recent uploads. CHAKRA CORDS are what I call ‘Inner Expectations’. EACH CC originates from its CHAKRA. I believe the CHAKRA CORDS on the Back of the body link to your Past and the ones on the Front link to your Future.

Here’s a summary of each CHAKRA (IP) and their Inner Expectation:

IP1:

Function is Surviving, Inner Expectation is the Expectation you have of how the Earth will Survive.

IP2A:

  • Function is linked to the Quality of your Sensualizing.
  • Inner Expectation is linked to how you Expect the Quality of Other’s Sensualizing to seem.

IP2B:

  • Function is linked to the Quantity of your Sensualizing.

IP3A:

  • Function is linked to the Quality of your ‘Seeming‘ (what you look like, how you act, your ‘brand’, personality).
  • Inner Expectation is linked to how you Expect Another/Others to Seem.

As a seasoned Yogi, this was the most irritating Chakra Cord Interaction I first dealt with when I was developing my High Sense Perception. It’s mostly involved with Authoritarians who are also Irrational. They tend to believe too highly of themselves and thus Distend their KETHERIC TEMPLATE BODY and cause an Outward Chakra Cord Thrust of their 3A CHAKRA. If you are at the receiving end of this and don’t protect your 3A CHAKRA from their Thrust, their Cords will damage your 3A CHAKRA.

IP3B:

  • Function is linked to Healing Independently. So maybe there is a correlation between people with Back Pain (opposite their Navel) and overdependence on other people to look after them.

IP4A:

  • Function may be linked to the Quality of your ability to Give and Receive in Interpersonal Relations.
  • Inner Expectation is linked to what you Expect Others to Give to you and Receive from you.

IP4B:

  • Function is linked to Pursuing Your Desire(s). Desires themselves are not bad. It’s probably just the way they are pursued that’s been bad. If someone has an Insalubrious Relational Body and they try and pursue their Desire, they will get in trouble. If they have an Insalubrious Rational Body, they will also get in trouble. IP4B’s Function might also be linked to how much effort you put into something. People who ‘work hard’ probably have healthy Upper Backs.

IP5A:

  • Function is linked to your ability to Create.
  • Inner Expectation is linked to what you Expect Others to Create.
    • If you wholly distrust Other’s Creative Abilities, then your 5A Chakra Cords will be tangled. This will then make your 5A Chakra Insalubrious and probably hinder your own ability to create what you want in life. The reason why you might be so distrusting of Other People will be due to an I-HUB about them, causing your KETHERIC TEMPLATE BODY to be Insalubrious. If you analyzed your own Inner Thoughts yourself about Other People’s creative abilities, then your Inner Thoughts would then become Healthy and you would then have a Health Belief (Favourable True Notion) of Other Peoples’ creative abilities. Me working on your 3rd Chakra will help you Think Critically with ease.

IP5B:

  • Function is linked to your Position in Society (Personal/Professional), as well as the Universe. People with Cervical problems probably are regularly frustrated with their Position in Society/Family/World etc.

IP6A:

  • Function is linked to your ability to Visualize and Interpret Ideas.
  • Inner Expectation is linked to what you Expect the Others to ConceptualizeWatching too many violent things on TV will Infect your 6A Chakra.

IP6B:

  • Function is linked to your ability to Enact Ideas.

IP7:

  • Function is linked to the your Integration of your ‘Everyday Self’ with your ‘Spiritual Self’.
  • Inner Expectation is linked to how you Expect Deity(Deities) to Seem.

Thx for joining me this Morning! Welcome to my Small Apartment.

Exercising every morning after you wake up is a good idea!! (Dec 5th ’19 Edit: Umm…I dunno. I’m waking up every morning now and all I can think about is making my Coffee, making my 2 bowls of Oatmeal. I do some Pranayama and Kundalini Yoga between the bowls of Oatmeal. For about 30 minutes or less each time. Or I just energize my ETHERIC BODY more and go back to bed for a timed 30 mins. When I made this video in early 2019, it was suitable for me to exercise somewhat intensely in the morning, but now it’s not. You should find what’s suitable for you, however EVERYONE should exercise 6 days a week for a effective amount of time at an effective intensity (especially if they are obese).

I don’t understand why more men don’t look after themselves. It’s worth it. The External World will reciprocate with more Beauty for you! Beauty might be the only thing that defeats psychological disorders! I’m reminded of this awfully overweight man I saw near Shoppers Drug Mart. At least he was riding a bicycle, however his gut was REALLY sagging down! Too much beer, junk food and Internal Harmful Untrue Beliefs (I-HUBs) that maintain that pitiful lifestyle.

The Throat Exercise is important because a lot of people have gross Throat Areas.
