OK, so in this Vid I am demonstrating doing some HATHA and KUNDALINI yoga!!

I began practicing both around 2002 and have been practicing both branches of yoga since!  So it’s been 17 years.

Hatha is not as active as KUNDALINI. I believe Hatha has more to do with maintaining and improving the NADIS (Subtle-Energy channels and especially nodes), and also physically maintaining and improving joint function.  I really want to teach KUNDALINI YOGA to this overweight lady who lives down the hall, however I might not like to because we’re different genders and her over-social pathology might impeded success.

The Human Energy Field (HEF) has 7 Levels (HEF-Ls).  The odd numbered levels are like grids: they are linear.  The even numbered levels are like clouds.  I believe that these ‘nadis’ are actually connected to the odd numbered levels:  The Etheric Body (EB), the Rational Body (RatlB), the Etheric Template Body (ETB) and the Ketheric Template Body (KTB). 

The 1st CHAKRA may be about your Subconscious (Inner) Potential for Survival. It’s about Unconscious Surviving – doing things Inadvertently to maintain your Survival.

The CHAKRAS are all about your unconscious (inadvertent) behaviour.  I prefer to call the chakras ‘Inner Potentialities’ (IPs(.  That’s my term.

I dub them this because focusing on them may augment your ability to fulfill the CHAKRA Function – Displaying your Distinct: Survivability (IP1), Sensuality(IP2A), Sense of Self (IP3A), Gifts (IP4A), Inventions (IP5A), Ideas (IP6A), and Beliefs (IP7).

CHAKRA 2A is abut your Distinct Sensuality.

Pranayama may augment Brain Function and focusing on the CHAKRA CORDS may improve your relationships. I’m real about Alternate Nostril Breathing and don’t force myself to breathe through both nostrils when it’s almost impossible – so I just breathe in and out through the open one and keep the clogged one blocked.

The First 3 HEF-Ls in distance from your Physical Body are your Etheric, Emotional, and Rational Bodies. They may be precursors to your conscious Physical Sensations, Feelings, and Thoughts.

4A CHAKRA may be the origin of your subconscious (Inner) ability to Give & Receive in all types of Interactions (with people, animals, plants, objects, spirits, deities).

So I had a Dermatologist appointment in my old neighbourhood.  The hood contains a nice parkland called the ‘Black Creek Parklands’.  I decided it was the right time to learn how to use my Tripod outside.  I think it turned out nice!

I used to go to the Black Creek to get solace away from my old, stressful apartment.  In Toronto – probably 75% of the jobs are Minimum Wage jobs.  We have a problem here that even if you work Full Time at one of these jobs, you still can’t afford a Bachelor apartment.  IT’S RIDICULOUS AND MUST BE CHANGED.  I had to share a 2 bedroom flat with 4 other people!  The living room was converted into 2 bedrooms!!!

The RIVER VALLEYS in Toronto are significant for recreation. For those people it affects, recreation is an important tool to fight SUBSTANCE ADDICTION, because you’re having fun without involving THE SUBSTANCE.

So in this Vid, I thoroughly talk about the KETHERIC TEMPLATE BODY (KTB) and Beliefs.  Beliefs about yourself can ether be an I-HUB or a FTNI-HUB stands for ‘Internal Harmful Untrue Belief’ and FTN stands for ‘Favourable True Belief’.  (Too often I see people who have a belly and I just think, “My Gosh, they must have one big I-HUB about themselves!”.  I-HUBs about yourself can either be BUMPTIOUS (too good) or Self-Deprecating (too bad). 

I am worried that you might get the wrong idea about a FTN.  I touch about the fact that a Belief – in order to be Salubrious (healthy) – should be Favourable, however I didn’t mention that it also has to be true. To access a True Notion – to create a True Belief for yourself – you should ANALYZE. 

Just find a situation where you’re not distracted, grab a pen and paper, write down one of your thoughts, and then analyze it yourself.  The analysis you do yourself is you ‘cleaning’ the thought.  Inner Thoughts exist in your Rational Body (3rd Level of the HEF) and when you do this exercise your are actually cleaning the 3rd Level of your HEF.  When your thoughts are irrational, then the 3rd Level of your HEF becomes Insalubrious – which means dirty.  I prefer the other term ‘sullied’.  The Rational Body is supplied with Energy from your 3rd Chakra.  What I can do in a Session as an Energy Healer is directly improve the health of your 3rd Chakra so that the health of your Rational Body also automatically improves.  I do this by sitting across from you and directing my Outer Attention (melded with my Inner Attention) to your 3rd Chakra (via my Hand Chakras).  I can also augment the function of your RatlB by doing Core Star Meditation with you, but that’s another story. 

Mentioning can be VERBAL and NON-VERBAL (nv).

So the Inner World becomes damaged from Verbal Abuse (and obviously by physical abuse). It becomes infected by absorbing Noxious Mobile I-HUBs (Internal Harmful Untrue Beliefs) from Others. The way this happens is hearing, reading, or maybe even seeing non-verbally the Noxious Mobile I-HUB displayed. You’ll know you’ve absorbed a NM-I-HUB when you experience intense feelings afterwards. The intense feelings are caused by the ‘dissociated/disassociated’ thoughts you have from the absorbtion (damaging your Rational Body), which should become ‘associated’ (healthy/salubrious) when you analzye them with your Outer Attention (probably your Conscious Mind) (healing/fixing up the Rational Body).

Simply put, people might not clean their house as much or as well as they should because they don’t notice the dirtiness because of their Internal Cognitive Distractions (ICDs). ICDs are exemplified by Insalubrious HEF-Ls: most commonly an Insalubrious Rational Body due to ‘disassociated’ Thoughts that should to be analyzed with your own Conscious Mind (to complete them by adding New Information or to fix them by removing inaccurate info).

DEFINITION of Bumptious: obtusely, and often noisily self-assertive.

DEFINITION of Activity: natural or normal function.

DEFINITION of Salubrious: favorable to or promoting health or well-being.

LOL: So I guess I’m INADVERTENTLY exploring the HIGHLAND CREEK’s Tributaries! It’s quite fun!! I’m looking forward to exploring the MARKHAM BRANCH south of the 401 (‘Big Highway’ for people not from Toronto).

I presume that SCARBOROUGH was badly planned – because it’s too big for itself! Thankfully it is somewhat divided into different neighbourhoods!

So – I also presume that the reason they built the DON VALLEY Parkway Rosedale Valley Road, and Bayview Avenue through the DON VALLEY was because they didn’t care (EMOTIONAL BODY: EmB) about Nature at that time because they believed (KETHERIC TEMPLATE BODY) that Nature should be mistreated for selfish gain [exploitation] (RELATIONAL BODY- Detrimental Behaviour).

I conclude this Unfavourable Belief (I-HUB) infected their Rational Body via HARMONIC INDUCTION (HI) and then gave them the INNER THOUGHTS that lead to their INNER FEELINGS of not caring about Nature.

ENJOY THE FREE INFORMATION IN THIS VID.  Again – Stress just might be a HUGE upcoming Issue. People shouldn’t scoff at the Subject of Stress because – fundamentally – it may be what causes you to get acutely sick (cold, flu etc.) in the first place.  Stress causes the PHYSICAL BODY to create cortisol, and when it’s doing that, the immune system has ‘shut down’.

It’s only Corrupt *ssholes who scoff at the Subject of Stress. They probably only see you as their servile slave, THINKING OF EXPLOITING YOU UNTIL YOU DIE…

Much thanks to the Toronto and Region Conservation Authority for providing publicly a really good map of the HIGHLAND CREEK WATERSHED – so we know what its different tributaries are called!

I know it might be interpreted as somewhat weird that I love Baneberry so much, however:

  • It’s red berries are beautiful-looking
  • It’s leave are pretty
  • It’s flowers are dainty and pretty
  • It’s rarer than Jack-In-The-Pulpit (JITP)

I saw a Great Blue Heron!

I prefer to call these tributaries ‘creeks’ instead of ‘branches’.

FYI: Don’t eat:

  • Wild Cucumber Pods
  • Baneberry Berries
  • JITP Berries
  • Virginia Creeper Berries
  • Solomon’s Seal Berries

They’re all toxic to humans. They’re basically food for the birds and animals!

LOL – I was so impressed with McDairmid Wood’s Park (before I actually ‘inspected’ it). I was so looking forward to seeing some Baneberry.

Alert!

Even though Ragweed (R) and Beggar’s Tick are beautiful Native Plants here, R is invasive in Central Europe and BT is invasive in New Zealand. Neither have the proper predators (birds and animals that eat them) in those countries. Anyway – if the predators were introduced, they themselves might also become invasive species. The best bet is to just really pull out the Central Europe Ragweed and the New Zealand Beggar’s Tick by hand!

I highly recommend to wear Latex/Plastic gloves when pulling DSV. Otherwise you will probably get really irritating dermatitis (the epidermis on your hands will start to peel, it will be painful when you dry your hands after washing them, they will look unsightly red).

McDAIRMID WOOD’s may have been my first ‘taste’ of experiencing Invasive Trees and Bushes. I did notice that there were too many saplings there. On the Forest Floor, and also some type of ugly shrub here-and-there.

LOL- Sorry for the Rave Music being so loud at McDairmid Woods Park (MDWP), but by then my Headphones had completely broke and were unusable. They were only $40.00 (compared to seemingly better quality ones at $120.00), and I had had them for several months already.

💯 TALKING ABOUT PERFECTIONISM: PREVENTING RELATIONAL BODY SULLYING! 💯

So the previous day I was probably following my INNER INTENT (InIn) like normal, so it was no big deal that I didn’t top up my Transit Card.

…So the point of this episode is to not be a Perfectionist. Perfectionism predisposes you to an Insalubrious Relational Body in the form of:

  • brittleness
  • high pitch sound
  • uncomfortable feeling
  • …which all predispose you to Inadvertent Deleterious Interactions, causing Inadverent Conflict – leading to your Social Demotion (Chakra 5B) and Damage/Infection to all your Chakra Cords and Relational Body.

I’m tired of the standpoint that people must go through painful experiences in order to be successful. For example – people in Med School possibly facing the stress of abuse from superiors, or a messed-up schedule. In my opinion, nof these is appropriate.

I think what is better is a focus on SUITABILITY (not nepotism). Not in terms of gender, religion, or race – but in terms of what is INTERESTING. I believe that our INTERESTS are a representation of our CORE STAR and each BAND of the CORE STAR might be linked to a certain Interest of ours. The EXTERNAL WORLD provides us with things in which to be interested.

What happens in modern society is we lose sight of what interests us in favour of survival.  When this happens, we are probably being exploited by a corrupt superior and must ‘demote’ the superior somehow.  This will even the score.

FYI: The tree nearby had lichen on it: that was the yellow stuff.  I presume it was a Norway Maple.  I somewhat detest Norway Maples because apparently they are an Invasive Tree here.

I’m so happy I found my BLACK, BREATHABLE T-SHIRT! I had put it somewhere in a kind of a frenzy when I had to prepare for my apartment being treated for pest control. Probably 50% of my City’s apartment buildings are currently affected by bedbugs. If you are COPING/dealing with a Biochemical Addiction, it is imperative that you eliminate Triggers. Bedbugs might be a big Trigger for someone. They bite – and their bites are I T C H Y! The itchiness can cause inflammation of the EMOTIONAL BODY. When that happens – you will be greatly predisposed to INADVERTENT CONFLICT with OTHER PEOPLE (OPs). If you greatly Displease other people, they will avoid you and/or gossip about you. This will cause SOCIAL TENSION (predispose/ing your RELATIONAL BODY to become INSALUBRIOUS), and just worsen the situation even more and predispose you to more addiction!

So about the CHAKRA CORDS (CCs):

I prefer to call CCs ‘INNER EXPECTATIONS’ (IEs).

  • CC1 = Your IE of how the Earth will SEEM.
  • CC2A = Your IE of how Someone/thing else will SENSUALIZE.
  • CC3A = Your IE of how Someone/thing will SEEM (not the Earth).
  • CC4A = Your IE of what Someone/thing will GIVE.
  • CC5A = Your IE of what Someone/thing will CREATE.
  • CC6A = Your IE of what Someone/thing will CONCEPTUALIZE.
  • CC7 = Your IE of how Deity/Deities will SEEM.

So what we are trying to do with the CCs is to PREVENT them from being:

BUMPTIOUS (Thrusting Outwards – Damaging the External World) or

SELF-DEPRECATING (Thrusting Inwards – Damaging the Inner World).

A Yogi like me can sense them and tell you what’s wrong with them.

So, the Theory is, is that if you have FAVOURABLE TRUE NOTION(s) [FTN(s)] in the 7th LEVEL of every CHAKRA, that your CCs won’t be predisposed to THRUSTING in reaction to an EXTERNAL PROPELLANT (something that ‘Triggers’ you – it activates your I-HUB by making your Outer Mind aware of the existence of the I-HUB. The TRIGGERING usually inflames your Emotional Body and causes your CHAKRA Cords to ‘go crazy’).

CHAKRA 1 = Surviving/Existing:

  • = FTN of your own Existence
  • = no Predisposition to Thrusting about the Subject of Surviving/Existing.

CHAKRA 2A = The Quality of your Sensualizing:

  • = FTN of your own Distinctive Sensuality
  • = no Predisposition to Thrusting about the Subject of Sensuality.

CHAKRA 3A = Your Sense of Self:

  • = FTN of your own Distinctive Sense of Self
  • = no Predisposition to Thrusting about the Subject of Self.

CHAKRA = 4A = FTN of your own Distinctive Way of Giving:

= no Predisposition to Thrusting about the Subject of Giving.

CHAKRA = 5A = FTN of your own Distinctive Inventions/Creations:

= no Predisposition to Thrusting about the Subject of Inventing/Creating.

CHAKRA = 6A = FTN of your own Distinctive Ideas:

= no Predisposition to Thrusting about the Subject of Conceptualizing.

CHAKRA = 7 = FTN of your own Distinctive Belief(s):

= no Predisposition to Thrusting about the Subject of Believing.

So – the Theory is, is that the Subject of each CHAKRA will predispose you to ***STRESS*** when presented to you by the External World, if you have an I-HUB about the CHAKRA Subject in relation to your own Inner Distinction.

The squirrels in Black Creek near ‘Aviva Centre’ are more docile (less active and unpredictable) than in Malvern.  I surmise this to be the case due to the abundance of more food varieties than at the former.

So in this Vid I tackle a problem area of ‘Dog-Strangling Vine’ (DSV)/Black-Swallow Wort (BSW). DSV is the informal term and BSW is the formal term.

It’s on a:

I) hillside… (easier for its DISGUSTING seeds to blow away)

I) That is…

I) Sunny. (More sunlight = more detrimentality)

Plus it’s ‘buffered’ by a roadway, so when the DSV goes to seed it can be easily whisked away by the wind to infest other areas.

Sorry I’m putting my finger over the MIC, however the iPad is kinda hard to hold and record myself at the same time without accidentally putting my finger/hand over the MIC. Maybe if the mic was positioned at the top it would be better?!

I talk about the DSV reminding me of someone exemplifying the Rigid Defence because it looks perfect but it’s DETRIMENTAL. Rigidly Defensive people contribute to Inadvertent Social Tension just like any of the other ‘Defensive’ Character Structures. Inadvertent Social Tension is probably detected through science by measuring the amount of Stress Hormones in the atmosphere. You’d also ‘have to’ interview the involved parties to enquire whether or not their behaviour was deliberate or inadvertent. I suppose it can also be measured by noticing body language, tone, facial expression – although ‘negative’ body language is most likely advantageous when used deliberately.

Murison Woods North seems to be devoid of DSV now – which is great – however I might disapprove of how it was done. I think it was done rashly. It ‘stinks’ of Insalubrious Relational Body. I’ll talk about that later…

I’m reticent with my vocabulary because I’m just trying to be perfect. LOL. Who knew?!

The decaying BSW will probably be food for the Daises later.
